You’re not doing it right –Doing hundreds of crunches might give you six pack abs. (you might have read something about this, it is a general myth) However here is the truth; it is not enough! Crunches will result in stronger muscles but you won’t be seeing those muscles without first burning the layer of fat above them. Crash dieting – You starve to get the right results but it is hard to stick to those diet plans. (Planning is the just the first step; the essential step is doing) Crash diets are not healthy since anything below 1400 calories a day is very bad for health. What’s worse; all the weight that was lost will gain back when unreasonable diet becomes too hard to keep up with. Crash dieting won’t help much; don’t suffer – there is always a better way.
Diet pills – So do you think popping diet pills everyday gets your body closer to become like a swimsuit model? If this is true, those contestants from reality TV show ‘Biggest Losers’ won’t have to suffer complicated exercises. The truth is diet pills don’t usually work as what you would want them to work. Diet pills are not scam; but usually you need to do proper diet and exercise to achieve the best results.
